Supply Collaboration Engineer Oct 2020 – Present
- Taking Design Concepts and turning them into production parts.
- Working closely on designs of wiring harnesses and Light Fabs (brackets) with product groups and procuring items to meet NPI build dates or CPI resolution.
- APQP Project Execution to meet design requirements including Quality and Target Cost.
Obtain Budgetary quote to check progress to target cost and final supplier quotes. - Assist with Capital estimates and planning.
- PPAP review and approval.
- Ensure On time delivery and PPM remain within scope to ensure customer expectations are met.
Control Tower Coordinator April 2020- Oct 2020
- Special Assignment
- Part of the Enterprise Control Tower Steering Committee.
- The steering committee is a central hub with the required technology, organization and processes to capture and use transportation data to provide enhanced visibility for short- and long-term decision-making aligned with strategic objectives.
- Leading suppliers through bankruptcy and pandemic limitations to ensure that no impact is delivered to customers and keeping builds and machines prioritized.
Category Buyer Feb 2019 – April 2020
- Responsible for over $50 million of spend from Gauges, Circuit Protection, Alarms/Horns, Switches, and Secondary Operator Controls from production CAT machines, to legacy serviceability.
- Establishing long term agreements with strategic suppliers to ensure consistency.
- Lead cost saving negotiations bringing savings of over $1.5 million dollars.
- Maintaining quality and assurance of supply as well as providing support and solutions for our suppliers.

- Driving long term strategies with suppliers to ensure quality and assurance of supply.

I graduated in December of 2019 with a Master’s and Bachelors in Accounting. In my free time, I enjoy bowling, working on cars, studying human behavior, playing sports and games, and discussing life matters.
You will also notice that there is another author, Raymond Kowalczyk. Ray and I enjoy taking long rides on highways and discuss matters that impact our everyday life. We decided the information we discussed was too valuable to just stay between the two of us.
